360 Connect is thrilled to announce the launch of a 5-day intensive capacity-building program in Dodoma as part of the Feed the Future Tanzania Tuhifadhi Chakula Project, led by the Tanzania Horticultural Association (@taha_tanzania). This initiative focuses on enhancing leadership skills among key members from six prominent horticultural organizations across Tanzania, the Tanzania Smallholder Seed Multiplication (TASSIM, Tanzania Seed Trade Association (TASPA), Tanzania Horticultural Association Processors and Farmers (TAFOPA), the Association of Mango Growers (AMAGRO), ADP Mbozi, and Green Integration Company Limited (GICL).
Gathering 43 influential participants, this training program is designed to equip leaders within these organizations with advanced skills critical for effectively managing teams, tackling sector challenges, and driving sustainable growth. By fostering strategic leadership, 360 Connect aims to empower participants to be resilient change-makers who can positively influence Tanzania’s horticulture industry.
The program reflects our commitment to building capacities that bolster the agri-food value chain, ensuring sustainable development and growth for the horticulture sector in Tanzania. We’re proud to contribute to this initiative, which aligns with our mission to enhance agri-business competencies across Tanzania.
