Capacity Development for Farmer Business Organisation and Cooperation

360 Connect is providing Business Development Training under the Growing Resilience Project in Mbarali, Kilombero (Mlimba DC), and Malinyi districts. This initiative aims to enhance the farming business capacity of 1,400 rice farmers, including women and youth groups. The training covers critical agribusiness aspects such as planning and evaluation, risk management, financial literacy, cost analysis, and marketing strategies to improve productivity and profitability. Additionally, farmers will gain insights into adopting agricultural technologies, record-keeping, negotiation skills, and access to finance, ensuring sustainable growth in the rice sector. Through this tailored capacity-building approach, 360 Connect is equipping farmers with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance resilience, increase market competitiveness, and achieve long-term success in agribusiness.

Through interactive sessions, participants gained practical insights into business planning, project planing and structured report writing to improve their organizational efficiency. The training empowered NAFAKA KILIMO with tools to manage operations effectively, track performance, and communicate business progress clearly. This initiative has contributed to building stronger agribusiness enterprises by promoting professionalism, transparency, and strategic growth.

Business Consultation

MSME & AMCOS Consultation in Mbeya and Njombe

Clients: RIKOLTO TANZANIA

360 Connect provided consultation services to 50 MSMEs and AMCOS—25 in Mbeya and 25 in Njombe—to strengthen their business capacity and operational efficiency. The project included quick scans, coaching sessions, and agribusiness clinic workshops, tailored to enhance business management and market competitiveness. In Mbeya, 25 MSMEs underwent quick scans, 24 received coaching, and 20 participated in workshops, while in Njombe, 16 MSMEs completed both quick scans and coaching. A dedicated team of 10 agribusiness officers facilitated these activities, impacting 114 beneficiaries by equipping them with practical knowledge and skills to improve their business operations. This initiative has contributed to building resilient and sustainable agribusiness enterprises in the targeted regions.
