Founded in 2022 by a team of professionals, 360 Connect’s mission is “strengthening agribusiness value chains through building capacity of key players in agri-food systems.” We are fully registered and headquartered in Mbeya, positioning us at the heart of the Southern Highlands’ agricultural community. Over the past decade, our team has accumulated extensive experience in training, coaching, and mentoring farmers’ organizations, SMEs, cooperatives (AMCOS), and youth-led enterprises across Tanzania.
